Recall Description: The frame of the folding changing table is made of wood with two folding legs and has a cream colored changing table cloth surface with zippers and side pockets. The product also has a bottom shelf cloth with Velcro strips. The frame of the bassinet changer is made of wood and has a cream colored changing table cloth surface with zippers that attaches to the top rails.

I am writing in regard to a changing table I purchased of yours, from Babies R Us. I was
changing my two-year-old daughter on it when the board beneath just split wide open on her. I

Quality so bad, the product was clearly defective & materials failed during assembly due to poor hardware components & incorrectly sized holes drilled out for the hardware components.
I'm fortunate enough that I can just purchase a higher quality product as a replacement.

I have the Berkley crib and changer for my ten month old son. On July 21st, i put him to bed when all of a sudden he started screaming, crying in pain. I jumped to him to find his arm was stuck in a space between the crib and the changing table. To get his arm out, I had to hold up his bum so he didn’t rip his arm out of socket, while at the same time I had to really, in a way force his arm out because it was stuck so tight. While changing my child on his Graco Lauren Changing table, I noticed that the wooden structure had fractured in several places.

Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc: We have reviewed this incident report internally as well as reached out to the customer. We have not received any similar complaints from other customers who have purchased this same product. We are shipping a free product replacement under warranty for this customer. Customer is satisfied with our resolution. No further action is recommended at this time.
