Incident Description:   My child (6 months old) was sucking on her soothie pacifier, she turned it sideways and got the pacifier completely in her mouth. The pacifier then flipped the “right way” so the pacifier back was flat against the inside of her mouth. She began gagging and clawing at her face to attempt to remove the pacifier- she could not and I prayed it out of her mouth.

Business Comments:  This product meets all applicable safety and regulatory requirements. We have been in contact with this consumer and are in the process of resolving the case. The consumer is unable to provide the product for further investigation.
